• To provide and maintain the CiteRank monitoring service.
• To process payments and manage your subscription.
• To send you reports and notifications about your brand visibility.
• To improve our service and develop new features.
• To communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), and Cloudflare (hosting) to operate our service.
• AI Providers: We send anonymized search queries to AI platforms (OpenAI, Google, etc.) to monitor brand mentions. Your brand data is not stored by these providers.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted database storage, and secure authentication. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Scan results are retained for 90 days. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us.
