Not on standard plans. Here's why: AI engines' citation behavior depends on the model's training data (which refreshes every 6-12 months) and real-time retrieval (which is black-box). Neither is under our control. We refuse to promise numbers we can't deliver. What standard plans do guarantee is delivery — we ship the contracted work items or we refund. How does the 30-day delivery guarantee work?

What if my site is on Shopify / WordPress / Vercel instead of Cloudflare?
Active's On-site auto-fix works best on GitHub + Cloudflare. On other stacks we still give you the audit and the fix text, you paste it in yourself (same as any other GEO tool). WordPress plugin + Vercel/Netlify native integration is on the roadmap but not live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle — no prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellation. The 30-day effect refund (Done-for-you only) is separate and requires meeting the prerequisites above.
